A spec ad responding to a FOMO insight

If you’re a typical millennial — with FOMO and coffee addiction (let’s count the number of us!) — my ad idea should resonate with you.

According to Eventbrite’s research, about 69% of millennials in the U.S. (and I suppose the statistics in EU are not much different) experience FOMO regularly. Fear of Missing Out is the anxiety that others might be having rewarding experiences without you. But beyond social media, I’d also add a Fear of Missed Opportunities — especially when it comes to keeping up with rapid technological advancements.

Nevertheless, I strongly believe that today’s world offers so many opportunities for self-education, skill-building, and informed decision-making that it largely compensates the anxiety of modern life’s relentless pace. Every single day, regardless of age or background, we have the chance to start something new.

So, grab a cup of coffee and remind yourself: It’s never too latte.
