This service platform (website and app) is the largest in the market for used car sales. However, it still had huge growth potential compared to sales between individuals and in used car showrooms.

/ solution

We identified one of several audience barriers — fear of inaccuracy in adverts, incorrect photos and as a result, that the deal is broken at the last moment and the person loses time. And we responded to them with a creative metaphor.
